EECN: How to add helper apps to Netscape

This page shows how to add help applications to Netscape version 7.
Screen grabs are from Sun workstations, but should be same principle on Windows boxes.

Select the "Helper Applications" under Netscape Preferences and click "New Type"
Click the "New Type" button
Fill in the fields and choose the application to open the file
When done, the new application file type should appear
